Infrared Sauna

Absolutely love this Sauna. Build quality was exceptional, so easy to do. It heats up fast and gets really hot. I sweat as well as I do in my traditional wood burning sauna which gets way over 220 degrees. I sauna every day now, I look forward to it after I lift.

I had a 1 person portable sauna that did the job, but was not comfortable and had high EMF/ELF.

The Rocky Mountain Sauna arrived and was well packaged. The instructions were super detailed and easy to follow. The parts were well labeled. Putting it together was pretty straightforward.

Overall the sauna is very solid, heats up fast and the control panel is great. And my own personal test showed 0s for low EMF and ELF. I get a super good sweat and feel refreshed after each session! 👏 👏 👏

We were sold on premium design and performance without the premium price tag and the company delivered!

So far I love the sauna. It was easy to put together and have used it 4 times. It heats fast has no smell even though its new and looks very nice in my basement gym. Its very hot where I live so not using it as much as I will in the rest of the seasons. Have a feeling I am going to love this sauna.

This is my first sauna, chosen after lots of research. I am very happy with the build quality, specifically the use of bolts to fasten the walls together instead of buckle latches found on other saunas, drop in wood floor is very sturdy instead of flimsy false floor heater, having the controls on the inside is where I want it. Assembly was straight forward with good instructions. This unit gets very hot, up to ~160 degrees in a cold basement with air conditioning running. My goal is raise my core temperature 1-1.5 degree to encourage heat-shock protein production, boost my immune system, recover quicker from workouts. I feel great after every session and excited to use it again the next day. Customer service with Rocky Mountain Sauna has been exceptional, thank you Michelle! I highly recommend this sauna and everyone that tried it agrees.

It works great with the infrared. Takes a minute to warm up. I had issues with the full spectrum heater waiting for replacement.

Great workmanship responsive customer service unit working as promised

I recently bought a sauna and have loved it so far! It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, with some help from my family. This is a great product from a great company.

So far I love my Rocky Mountain sauna, it heats up fast, the installation was easy a straightforward. The only problem we had on installation was the rear back panel was warped/ bowed to inside which made difficult to the get roof on as it was not square to foot print, but i a sure it may correct itself over time. Since it was bowed to inside of sauna cabin, it mad the seat not fit in square. With that being said if feel it is great sauna, and the construction and quality is good, and is coming from someone knows about building construction. There was an interior ceiling light that did not work, but I fixed it after a quick response from customer service. I am it’s was from shipping vibration. I must say to that it was well crated and boxes for shipping very impressed! I was looking at another quality sauna maker as well. Since both manufactures were very close on
quality and reputation. I went Rocky Mountain saunas because it was Veteran own, and I am a Vietnam Veteran. I also liked Amy in Sales/ Customer service as she was very helpful in answering questions and helping me select the right sauna for my needs. Money well spent!

The floor and seat panels do not heat up hardly at all. So I will call tech support to pursue.

Absolutely love it! Great customer service, fine craftsmanship, so easy to assemble, had it up and running in less than 1/2 an hour. Love the convenience of having sauna at home, love that it is more sanitary than public sauna, and ready to go on our schedule!

We really enjoy the product. It's invigorating and we hear it is detoxing. Take plenty of water. We'd like to get a larger one as this is sit only. The LED panel safety slats could be less wide (they do look good) to block less Light and a little thicker. When we lean back we can touch the panels, so we've learned to try and sit straight. Great for working on our posture. At 6ft tall, it'd be much more pleasant if I could fully stand in it. The biggest negative is the inside bright lighting - has a low, med, and high but no off. So once on always on unless you power cycle. So we try not to use them. It'd be great for cleaning or non-sauna needs, but for an hour of Sauna, the colored light or outside "porch" lights are better. Overall, a GREAT product. And after months, the inside still smells wonderful. (We got the cedar upgrade). Highly recommended.

Easy to assemble (it helps to have a friend), flawless operation. Love it!

I had a rough start with electrical issues, CB on Sauna kept popping, discovered a burned wire/poor connection on terminal block and electrical connectors being criss crossed. RMS sent me a new CB and Wire and we have had no issues since them, customer support was great, Disappointed I had to hire an electrician to figure out a manufacturing problem. Better Quality Control on RMS is needed to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. Overall, I would recommend this product as several family members have this sauna and we all love it.

The sauna is well made. Thoughtfully designed for easy set up. Shipping was great and it got here sooner than expected. Overall very happy so far.

The purchase of my Rockey Mountain Infrared Sauna has improved my respirator health and made my arthritis bearable. I really liked the help provided every step of the way. RMS is a quality product with fantastic customer support!!

The delivery and packaging were great. Instructions very clear. The wood quality and fit and finish are top quality. Assembly is extremely easy. Everything works exactly as promised. And best of all... it is so relaxing to step into this sauna. What a wonderful experience. If I could have given it 6 stars I would have done so. Highly recommend!

It has been great, I call it my 'girl cave', I keep a book in it and just zone out on the world. I feel so much calmer even now that I have it, it seems to help my anxiety. I haven't figured out the blue tooth radio yet, but I will.
I think someone was supposed to call me from Rocky Mountain after I received it but I haven't gotten a call yet, maybe I misunderstood.
I'm also really glad you were out of the hemlock wood, the red cedar smells so good, it's a luxury I enjoy. Thank you.

The sauna is very easy to use.
It was a bit confusing putting together as the instructions did not match what was in the sauna, but it was a simple figure.
One wire had fallen off but my husband was ale to figure out where it went.
I love it and use it almost every day...but I have always wanted one so I am just super happy to have it.
They suggest using multiple towels to sit on, however I purchased an outdoor rectangle cushion and it works great. I just put my towel on that..and its soft.

Living in Florida, we have the incident of mold particularly in the rainy season. I was diagnosed with mold disease and went through two courses of antibiotics to no effect other than my intestinal system was completely disrupted. It came to me that I should try the sauna when i had difficulty breathing again. Results were beyond amazing in two days.

Everything about this unit is simple and efficient from instillation to daily use. A very well engineered sauna and designed for any level of use.
