How does Rocky Mountain Saunas ship my sauna?

Standard procedure is to ship your infrared sauna within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order and payment authorization.

Please respond to your Order Receipt email if you have any special shipping instructions:

• You may schedule your sauna to arrive any time after the standard 3 -7 day delivery schedule.
• Clients going on vacation or completing construction projects may wish to place their sauna on WILL CALL and receive their sauna 2-7 days after WILL CALL notification.

All Rocky Mountain Saunas are are shipped FREE in the Continental USA by FedEx Freight with FREE Lift Gate service. We will email your tracking information as soon as your sauna is shipped.

Rocky Mountain Saunas uses state of the art packaging to ensure safe arrival of your sauna. Your sauna will be strapped to a pallet and wrapped to protect the sauna from freight damage.

Fed Ex will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time. The delivery truck will be equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack to facilitate pallet removal for a curbside delivery. Sometimes, they may even pull your sauna into your covered parking using the pallet jack, if possible.

Your Pallet will look like this:

A signature will be required at delivery. Please inspect the cartons for ANY possible damage and NOTATE the delivery receipt "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" before you sign.

If your sauna does not arrive as shown in the above picture please inspect the cartons for damage, call Rocky Mountain Saunas and write BROKEN PALLET on the delivery receipt.

YOU MUST OPEN THE SAUNA BOXES AND REPORT ANY HIDDEN DAMAGE TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN SAUNAS WITH PICTURES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR SHIPMENT.  Failure to notify Rocky Mountain Saunas within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for the cost of all repairs.
