Hi Mike-

Got the sauna last Friday and watching the install video really helped. It was a relatively easy install and getting it out of the boxes was the hardest part. :) Everything works great, it is a fantastic product and I really enjoy it. I have had 5 saunas now and this is the first one that really made me tired like you said it would and getting better with each sauna experience.

It is cool looking………. I’m actually keeping it in my kitchen which made my sister laugh. I was going to put in the garage but I wanted closer. It is really refreshing and I pulled my shoulder on the bench and after 3 sauna sessions and rubbing the knot out while in the sauna I’m almost 100%!!!

Another satisfied customer here. I purchased the Malibu sauna for my wife’s Christmas and we are both extremely happy with it. I ordered the unit on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday and arrived in perfect condition the following Monday. I watched the assembly video and read the instructions beforehand and everything went smoothly. I could not believe how easy it was to assemble. You guys did an amazing job of engineering your product. We assembled it in about an hour, plugged it in and everything works as promised. We could not be happier with your product.

Every time I see something from Rocky Mountain Saunas it makes me smile. As you know my wife and I just completed our new home on Lake Lanier in Georgia. It is a beautiful home and we love it. Without a doubt, the best two features are the outdoor pizza kitchen and our beautiful Rocky Mountain Sauna. We use the sauna almost every night. We find that we both get a great night’s sleep if we use it about 30 min before we go to bed.

I wanted to say how much we are enjoying out new Malibu sauna. The quality and craftmanship is excellent. We enjoy stepping into our sauna and unwind listening to Native American flute music by Scott August. It transports us back to Sedona, Arizona, one of our favorite vacation spots. In a span of about 10 days my husband has already noticed improvement in his Borreliosis symptoms (southern version of Lyme Disease). Our thanks to Katie for her help and support in the process. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Love it, love it , love it!! Our sauna was delivered yesterday afternoon and was ready to use that evening. I had my first sauna last night and another one this afternoon with my sister. She too was thrilled with the infrared sauna experience. It is so much nicer than a regular sauna. Mike and our daughters are looking forward to using it also.

This is the first time I have thoroughly enjoyed doing something that is so beneficial to my health!

The Del-Mar really is a quality sauna. Thanks to you both and your wonderful website (great updates), I was very confident purchasing the it from Rocky Mountain Saunas.

Remington is much happier in the sauna than he looks. He just doesn't like having his picture taken! I'll try to get a better one that looks more like a sales pitch!

Just a note to let you know how happy we are with the Delmar sauna. I ordered one Saturday and by the next Saturday we were already using it. It went together so easily. It was together and useful within 2 hours from when we started opening up the boxes. We have told several others about this and I believe you will probably be getting some orders from our friends and family. Thank you for your great service.

Just dropping you a line to let you know the Sauna arrived last Thursday with no issues. I was able to finish my room on Saturday and set the sauna up. Went together great, had a difficult time getting the front and back section down my basement stairs but we made it. We used it Saturday night for the first time and have been in it every day since.

Received the sauna in perfect condition and setup was a breeze! Everything was labeled and pieces assembled easily with the directions we received. Really a quality product. My husband and I look forward to enjoying the benefits of your sauna for years to come.

WOW! This is so much better than I expected. My wife and I are both around 70 years old and today we received the pallet with our sauna, unpacked it and put it together without any help other than your instructions. Everything was absolutely perfect and it went together with precision and everything lined up without any adjustments. It took us a little over an hour to unpack, carry to the room and then assemble. Everything worked from the moment we first plugged it in. I have never bought anything needing assembly that went together so perfectly. I must assume that you pre-assemble these units to make sure they work. The sound system is awesome and we spent the evening together in our Del-Mar in pure ecstasy. thank you...Thank You...THANK YOU! This is truly our best acquisition in many years and I expect we will spend a great deal of time in it. Not only is it well made and functional, it is beautiful as well. I absolutely love it, sitting, relaxing and just enjoying the sauna. Some days, I’ve actually reduced my arthritis medication. I can’t tell people enough how much it helps the pain. I can go up stairs; nearly pain free after a 30-45 minute session.

Hope you are enjoying the holiday season and business is going well. We received the sauna on the day you said it would be here and Robert put it together a few days later - it is just as good as it looked in the pictures and fits perfectly in the small room we have for it. It is a real luxury! The cedar puts it right over the top :) I have used it quite a few times by now and it is a lovely kind of heat. The great thing is that I can read in there or do yoga stretches without being overwhelmed by the temp and still be hot.

All is well!! Very, very well! Bobby is doing absolutely marvelous. Feels better than he ever has. Sauna has cut his asthma & allergies to almost nil! In fact, Robert's doctor was so shocked at his withdrawal from his asthma & allergy medications that she wrote him a prescription for, none other than, an INFRARED SUANA!! I am going to submit it to his Medicare health plan and will fight them all the way until it is approved. We love it and it's worth its weight in gold to us! Thanks for checking in. We received our Del Mar Sauna from Rocky Mountain Saunas right on schedule on 20 October. My wife, Betty (5'4" - 112 lb), and I (5'11" -165 lb) unpacked and assembled in unit. The packing was exceptional, and the labeling of the boxes and the parts was excellent. Everything actually fit better that I was expecting! We used it today after our bike ride and everything functioned as specified. Great product!
